Personal Coaching Sessions are private, one-2-one sessions, tailor-made to suit the individual’s needs.
Within each session, techniques from NLP, Time Line Therapy, mBIT coaching, Clean Language, Hypnosis, Motivational Interviewing, EnergeticNLP, and Jumpstarting Learning Skills are used to create the most effective and efficient way of helping the individual. Sessions are totally outcome focused, and clients regularly overcome their issues within a few short sessions.
Personal Coaching Sessions are available for:
Individuals: helping with personal, professional, health and academic development.
Couples: working with couples first as individuals and then as a couple. Helping to rebuild loving connections and move beyond past issues.
Children: helping children to deal with emotional and educational issues. Parent/s are required to be present under the age of 15.
Teenagers: working with teens to help them have more control over their emotional states, become more motivated at school and deal with family or friend issues.
Personal Coaching sessions can deal with a broad range of issues:
Anxiety, anger, depression, panic attacks, phobias, bullying, grief, unresolved past emotional trauma (including abuse), negative and destructive habits, self-sabotage, limiting beliefs, feelings of inadequacy, motivation, goal setting, can’t say ‘No’ – lack of clear boundaries, indecision, lack of commitment, and much more….
Each person is unique. Therefore, their issues and solutions are also unique. These Personal Coaching Sessions are based around this premise and are not prescriptive. There are no labels and we encourage people to move beyond the boundaries that they have placed upon themselves so that they can move forward in their lives. Everybody needs a bit of help at some stage in their lives and these sessions show how you can move into the life you want.
